Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Strockise, a web design and development agency that builds high-performance digital experiences. By using our website or engaging our services, you (the "Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms govern all contracts, transactions and interactions between Strockise and its clients. Please read them carefully before you proceed.

2. Our services

Strockise delivers end-to-end design and development solutions, including:

• Website design and UI/UX
• Branding and visual identity design
• Mobile application design
• Webflow development
• Framer development
• E-commerce design and development
• 2D and 3D motion design

Each project is scoped and agreed through a formal contract, proposal or statement of work.

3. Client responsibilities

To keep your project on track, you agree to provide clear and accurate information and all necessary assets, including logos, brand guidelines, written content and visual elements. You also agree to:

• Review drafts, designs and prototypes promptly.
• Give feedback within the deadlines in the project timeline.
• Hold the necessary rights to all copy, images and videos you provide.

Strockise is not responsible for delays caused by late feedback or missing assets, and timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

4. Pricing and payments

Discovery call and proposal

Every engagement starts with a discovery call, followed by a tailored proposal and contract covering scope, timeline and total investment.

• 50% deposit: due when the contract is signed. It secures your project slot and covers initial work.
• 50% final payment: due before final files are delivered or the site launches. Deliverables are released once the balance is cleared.

Invoicing and payment methods

• Invoices are issued for both payments and are due within 7 to 14 days of issue.
• We accept credit card, bank transfer and our secure online payment platform.
• Please contact us to discuss alternative payment arrangements.

Late payments

• A 5% late fee applies for each week a payment is overdue.
• Strockise may pause active work or withhold final deliverables until all balances are settled.

Cancellations and refunds

• Before work begins: the advance payment may be refunded, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• After work begins: the Client pays for all work completed to date.
• After approval and delivery: no refunds are issued.

5. Revisions and approvals

We offer unlimited revisions within each project phase, as long as requests stay within the agreed scope and are submitted in writing. Requests outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

Once you approve a final deliverable, the project is considered complete. Further changes require a new agreement and may incur additional costs.

6. Intellectual property

On receipt of full payment, Strockise transfers full ownership and rights of the final project deliverables to the Client. Until then, all work in progress remains the intellectual property of Strockise.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. Proprietary information, business strategies and project details will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

8. Termination

Strockise may suspend or terminate a project, without further liability, in the event of:

• Failure to provide required materials or feedback within the agreed timeframe.
• Non-payment of invoiced fees.
• Misuse or unethical use of project deliverables.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Revised terms are posted on our website and clients are notified of material changes. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
