Refund Policy

01.  Overview

At Strockise, we are committed to delivering high-quality web design and development services. We understand that circumstances can change, and this policy outlines our approach to refunds in a fair and transparent manner.

02.  Deposit & Advance Payment
  • A 50% deposit is required before any project work begins.
  • If a project is cancelled before work commences, the deposit may be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
03.  Final Payment
  • The remaining 50% is due prior to final delivery or site launch.
  • Once a final deliverable has been approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
  • Refunds are not available for completed and approved work.
04.  Cancellations
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@strockise.com.
  • If cancelled mid-project, the client is responsible for payment covering all work completed to that point.
  • Strockise reserves the right to cancel a project due to non-payment or failure to provide required materials, with no refund obligation.
