01. Introduction

Welcome to Strockise — a specialist WebDesign & Development Agency dedicated to building high-performance digitalexperiences. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using ourservices.

These Terms govern all contracts,transactions, and interactions between Strockise and its clients. We encourageyou to read them carefully before proceeding.

02. fServices Provided

Strockise specialises in deliveringend-to-end web design and development solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Website Design & UI/UX
  • Branding & Visual Identity Design
  • Mobile Application Design
  • Webflow Development
  • Framer Development
  • E-commerce Design & Development
  • 2D/3D Motion Design

All services are scoped and agreed uponthrough a formal contract, proposal, or statement of work tailored to yourspecific project requirements.

03. Client Obligations

To ensure a smooth and efficient projectdelivery, clients are responsible for providing clear, accurate information andall necessary project assets — including logos, branding guidelines, writtencontent, and specific visual elements.

By engaging Strockise, you agree to:

  • Collaborate promptly by reviewing drafts, designs, and prototypes to maintain projectmomentum.
  • Provide timely feedback within the deadlines outlined in the project timeline.
  • Ensure you hold the necessary rights to all assets (copy, images, videos) provided forinclusion in your project.

Please note: delays resulting from latefeedback or missing assets are not the responsibility of Strockise, and projecttimelines may be adjusted accordingly.

04.  Pricing &Payments

Strockise operates on a personalised,project-by-project basis. All engagements begin with a discovery call tounderstand your goals, after which a tailored proposal and contract are issued.

4.1  Discovery Call & Proposal

Following your discovery call, you willreceive a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, and totalinvestment.

  • 50% Deposit: Due upon signing the contract. This secures your project slot andcovers initial work.
  • 50% Final Payment: Due prior to the delivery of final files or site launch. Finaldeliverables are released once the balance is cleared.
4.2  Invoicing & Payment Methods
  • Invoices are issued for both the deposit and the final payment, with payment due within 7–14 days of issue.
  • We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or our secure online paymentplatform.
  • Foralternative payment arrangements, please contact us directly.
4.3  Late Payments
  • A 5% late fee will be applied for every week a payment remains overdue.
  • Strockise reserves the right to pause active work or withhold final deliverables untilall outstanding balances are settled.
4.4  Cancellations & Refunds

Refund eligibility is assessed on acase-by-case basis:

  • Cancellation before work commences: The advance payment may be refunded, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellation after work has started: The client is responsible for fees covering all work completed to date.
  • Once a final deliverable has been approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
05.  Revisions &Approvals
5.1  Revision Policy

Strockise offers unlimited revisions withineach project phase, provided that requests remain within the agreed project scope. All revision requests must be submitted in writing. Requests that fall outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges.

5.2  Final Approval

Once a final deliverable has been approvedby the client, the project is considered complete. Any further changes willrequire a new agreement and may incur additional costs.

06.  Intellectual PropertyRights

Upon receipt of full payment, Strockisetransfers full ownership and rights of the final project deliverables to theclient. Until full payment is received, all work-in-progress remains theintellectual property of Strockise.

07.  Confidentiality

Strockise treats all client informationwith strict confidentiality. Any proprietary information, business strategies,or project details shared during the course of an engagement will not bedisclosed to third parties without explicit written consent from the respectiveparty.

08.  Termination ofServices

Strockise reserves the right to suspend orterminate a project under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to provide required project materials or feedback within the agreed timeframe.
  • Non-payment of invoiced fees.
  • Misuse or unethical application of project deliverables.

In such instances, Strockise may cancelongoing work without further liability or obligation to the client.

09.  Amendments &Modifications

Strockise reserves the right to updatethese Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on our website, andcontinued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.Clients will be notified of any material changes.
